Should we Create an "After-Action Report" subforum to the Mechwarrior section?
[Forum]AARs for MWO matches
I'd like to see a spot added to the MWO subforum for AARs to be added for group matches. A place where people who participated in group lancing, CW ops, and most importantly competitive matches, if we're looking forward to being a competitive force, can share their views of what happened, and more importantly, what could have been done differently.
I've seen these used to great advantage in other areas, and as long as everyone understands that these are meant as impersonal, open, and honest critiques of performance to help the unit as a whole improve, they're well worth having. (on the flip side, if they're going to turn into political finger pointing "You suck" memorandums, we're better off not having them. )
I don't think we need a full blown AAR for every single drop, but a general "Here's how the evening went" report covering what worked, what didn't, and in particular anything that was particularly challenging would be of benefit.

So the poll seems fairly unanimous. What's the next step?
