Do you think a community gaming night is worth testing?
[Events] Weekly Game Night
So, one thing that has been brought up is the fact that most of us are busy playing all sorts of games at any time, to help ensure that we are playing as a community, I am proposing that we decide that at least once a week, we have a "night" where we all play one game for about 2-3 hours. I feel that this will allow for more community oriented gaming while still allowing people to play what they want. My base idea is that we play something like Payday 2 on Wednesday starting at 2000 GMT or "Mechwarrior Mondays". What I am looking for from you all is to see if you are interesting in trying this idea (In other words, vote on the poll) and any other games/days/times to work with.

I think that this is a very good idea! The only problem that i could see is that we have to find (a) good game(s) for this!

I agree and understand, I know that many of us have Payday 2 (that is the main reason I picked it first) and think due to the coop nature of the game it would be a lot of fun to start with. I might try setting up an event this weekend for Payday and see how it goes if this poll gets more positive votes.sgtalbers wrote:I think that this is a very good idea! I am reopening this suggestion for feedback. It is apparent that people do not care enough about this event to give a reason for its continued existence. Why don't people post recommendations or to agree with games already recommended and should this event stay?

In my opinion, game night is one of my favorite things to do with this community even though we have only been able to do it once. I think that if we can give it one last try, and a little bit of effort, we can make it happen once more.Firecrafter wrote:I am reopening this suggestion for feedback. Problem is Ras, most people don't have the game and, even if they did, we don't get any feedback from people saying that they want to play it. A suggestion not "put on paper" doesn't exist. It's the same reason we have people post in the suggestion forum before adding channels/supporting games.Razemaze wrote:I think battlefield 4 would be an amazing game to play together, i dont know how many who has it though.
