We've all done it.  Something so stupid while playing that we really hope no one notices.  Well, now's your chance to immortalize those blazing failures for everyone to point and laugh at.  Because deep down you know it's funny.

I was playing MWO today and managed to kill myself, by blowing off my own legs, with my own artillery strike.

One of my biggest fails was directly flying into an mountain with my A-20 while gunning an bandit behind me.........
