Lance Drops on Weekends

As you all know I have been running these events for the past few months, and over the past 2 weeks the events have been canceled due to the fact that no one wants to come. So next Wednesday when I put up the next event and not enough people reply I am going to stop doing them. If you feel like you have lost interest in doing these events, please tell me why you have. If you have any suggestions leave a comment and questions should be directed to me if you have them, other than that I'll see you on the battlefield Mechwarriors.

I'll actually be available for my 2nd weekend drop. Hope people are around. What time? 2:00pm EST if I remember right?

If you are referring to this weekend's drop Sky, Thunder canceled it because only one other person gave a time before his 2200 EDT deadline yesterday.

We had a deadline on that? Me, I kind of like the fact that we do Lance drops, for me - its kind of the reason I joined up.

And kudos to Thunder for taking the time to organize them. Do we have like criteria for how many people we need to be in order to have an event?

I know for this weekend, I couldent commit to more than "I'll try to be there", because of family stuff, but thats kind of the way it is, not much I can do about that.

It seems to me that we have 5-6 guys who are reasonably Active when it comes to MWO, which is nice I guess, but where are we aiming? Is the goal to have a coordinated 12-man for weekly CW, or where is it we want to end up?

Thunder has set the deadline at 2200 UTC-5/4 (depending on the date here in the U.S.).  I believe he has announced it in the past and has posted it in Discord chat.  Keep in mind that many of those in MWO are also members of other divisions and may be working on other goals for that division (for example, grinding a tank crew for a tourney in WoT).  By setting a deadline and a standard for attendance, it helps make sure members know that they will actually be able to do group drops and they won't be just be playing with one other person (which they can pretty much do at any time).  As for our goals, short term, we are aiming to do company level drops.  However, with recruiting seemingly being limited to those who are "forced" to, growing has been slow.  Our long term goals can be found here.
