MWO Phantoms XO Application

Hey all,
We need to look into having someone as the merc corps XO (executive officer). The XO will be 2nd in command of the unit and be a point of contact within the Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces forum and TS, which is were any upper-level CW gameplay is coordinated.
