New Junior Moderator

Hey all,
Due to my coming hours in my job, I will be less active then usual during NA prime-time on days I have to work. As a result, mod staff has created a new Junior Moderator role and RTSThunder has accepted the new role to help me and Hardin when our availability is an issue. His job will be to assist in basic Discord moderation, trainee orientation, and other moderation duties. In the event that a Junior Moderator completes their duties satisfactorily to the time when they become eligible for full moderator status, they will automatically gain full mod status.
