When Balance 2.0 finally gets released for AW (which has been accepted even by some of their staff on Reddit as AW's last hope) a lot of shifts will be made to the tech tree. As a result, players will be given the option to either leave their account as-is with the changes (with refunds for mods, camos, etc) or completely reset their progression while being refunded gold/credits/XP.  If they choose to reset, they will not lose any reward vehicles they have, but be refunded all gold/credits/XP (similar to the transitions between EA stages).  Full info can be found at this link.
