Town Hall Meeting #4

All,

The Phantoms will be having a town hall meeting on July 7th, 2018 at 1800 UTC! During this meeting we will go over the results of our staff meeting, go over ideas/concerns with the community, ask all of you for feedback on these items, and ask for ideas, questions, and concerns!

This meeting will be held in a locked channel and you will have to message a member of staff for access to the channel. The following rules will be in-place for the staff meeting:
- Questions may be posed at any time by using the #town_hall text channel
- Members will be asked to have their mics quiet until they are asked for feedback or their question is acknowledged
- During the request for feedback section, please refrain from bringing up issues with other members or staff members. These need to be brought up with mod staff via DMs.

This is your chance to get involved with the direction of the community! We hope to see you there!

- Channel seeding continues to be an issue within the community. Member are asked to please be the first person in a voice channel (general discussion or a game channel) if they have intentions of playing with people
- The War thunder division is now pushing towards starting weekend tournaments. sgtalbers is the point of contact for any questions on how to participate.
- Firecrafter commented on the expectations of anyone participating in tourney. All members are expected to represent the Phantoms well and being disqualified for conduct reasons will result in disciplinary actions.
