Town Hall Meeting #7 Notes

Due to staff availability, there will not be a town hall meeting this week.

The following topics were discussed:

Friends Role Usage:
There have been issues where the friends role had been used as a way to avoid kicking members who afield activity checks and trainee periods. As a result mod staff will be strictly enforcing the role's usage to only IRL friends and those you met online.

Retired Members:
In order to provide members who have spent a great deal of time in the community but can no longer meet our activity requirement a means of participating in the community, we have created the "Retired Member" role. This role will still allow access top our voice channels, but will provide limited read access to most text channels. The following rules apply to Retired Members:

- Must have been active for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible
- Must not have joined a separate community
- Can regain standard membership by complete a probationary period (twice a week activity for two weeks)
